Update on the ham that I got for Easter. Well, before putting in the order for the ham, I asked about the price of the ham and let the man know how many people will be eating. I decided on the smallest ham, and the lady that was also working there, said it would be around $45-50.
I sent my husband to pick the ham up, and they said that there was no order there for me. Huh? So, I gave my husband the ticket number, because I neglected to give him the order card. A man came back with a turkey. My husband said no it was a ham. And the employee spent a couple minutes searching and said "oh you right." A bit frustrating, but not as frustrating as this next part....... tell me why the ham was $62? Dang. I wonder what a large ham will run you.
I'm glad my husband went to pick it up, because I don't like ham THAT much. I tore it up though.
That ham was melt in your mouth delicious. The outside was all glazed and the middle was moist and juicy.
With all of the frustration, I was able to still enjoy the ham. -

I go to this location to get a ham for holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter. If you wait and go close to the holiday, expect a very long line. They are usually pretty efficient about getting the line down, as long as the people in line already know what they want. Last Thanksgiving, the line wrapped around the building, but I only waited about 20 minutes. About to go pick up our Easter ham today!

This location totally let me down as I went to purchase a half ham for Christmas. The associate wasn't very helpful, as she had an attitude while I was trying to decide which ham to buy. She was looking at me as if she wanted me to hurry and make up my mind on what I was buying. Almost like she was annoyed. When asking for her help, she wasn't helpful in deciding which to buy or have any suggestions. As for the half ham, it wasn't sweet. I was totally shocked at this since honey baked ham is known for their sweet glazed ham. The ham barely had any sugar glaze and there was no glaze juice at the bottom of the ham. The ham taste as if it were a regular ham you would purchase from the grocery store to cook. It was disappointing, for someone who looks forward to it during the holidays. As for the sandwiches, this location does a poor job at making it. It may be not toasted or have only two pieces of meat, or even soggy bread. This location is just a disappointment. I advise avoiding this location if possible!

My 1st visit to Honey Baked Ham, and most likely my last.
Yelp:
I checked in using my yelp app to receive a free drink and chips but was told that they do not honor neither yelp coupons or Groupons.
Food:
I visited with my daughter who choose the chief salad only Turkey instead of the Turkey and ham combo situation it came with. The dressing was Kens blues cheese but weirdly tasted like miracle whip. You can almost never go wrong with a salad (which is why my daughter opted for it) but it was nasty. I ordered the chicken salad, which came on a croissant that was dry and cold. The chicken itself was delicious both teaspoons I received on my dry croissant. The workers were zombie like. I felt uneasy speaking with both the cashier and the "waitress". They do not cook the dinner meals they advertise instead they are sold in the freezer to be microwaved!! Yes!
Btw they did not honor my yelp check in coupon. -

This location is close to me and although the staff is typically very friendly and personable, the General Manager Ryan Tomkins lacks the professionalism and customer service of anyone deserving of the title GM.
As Ryan see's customers enter the restaurant he chooses to ignore them and runs to the back to have the team members "deal with the annoying patrons". My fiance and I frequent his location quite a bit but he keeps getting progressively worse and does not seem to be changing any time soon. (Apparently, his lack of leadership and management skills is so bad that even his own employees comment about his poor ethics)
I will not be giving them any more of our hard earned money and advise you not to waste your time going there either.
